Andrea Ingley has been appointed as the Director of Employment Services and Personnel Commission, bringing valuable experience and insights to the position.
Andrea has worked in the 绿帽社 since 2014.聽She first held the position of HR Analyst I and was then promoted to HR Analyst II.聽Andrea has served as a Senior HR Analyst for the past three years and as Interim Director of Employment Services and Personnel Commission since January.聽
A community college alum, she received her associate degree in psychology from College of the Canyons before pursuing a bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology from California Lutheran University. She holds a master鈥檚 degree in industrial/organizational psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.聽
We are fortunate to have her fill this important leadership role in the District.聽
