Configuration Issue
The most common portal issue reported by users is the "configuration issue" error message:
This means that the information in your MyÂÌñÉç Login Account does not match information in the MyÂÌñÉç Portal. There are several possible reasons for this:
- You are a new student who has just applied.Ìý It can take up to 15 minutes for your MyÂÌñÉç portal account to be created.Ìý Resolution: wait 15 minutes and try again to access the portal.

Ìý - You are an employee.Ìý Your portal account has outdated or incorrect information. Resolution: send a detailed message, including your employee ID, to the webmaster@vcccd.edu
