Why am I getting an "Unable to Locate Your Information" message?

Beginning May 29, 2018, the Canvas login process will check to see if you have a (CCCID). If you do not have a CCCID you will encounter the OpenCCC "Unable to Locate Your Information" message.听 Don't panic. Simply click the 鈥淐reate a New Account鈥 link and follow the steps to create a new OpenCCC account/CCCID. Once that is complete, you will be taken back to Canvas.
