Training & Organizational Development (OD) is a division within ÂÌñÉç Human Resources that serves the entire District by connecting people, strategies, processes, and systems to cultivate an organizational culture that attracts, develops, and supports its employees at all levels and in all phases of the employee lifecycle.Ìý
